We had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Heidi and her team catered our wedding years ago, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were reliable, professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable in their profession, which gave us so much peace of mind on such an important day. They truly treated the event as if it was their own family getting married and it was so very appreciated! Everything from start to finish is thoughtfully done, and you can tell the staff takes great pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends and family!

Had a FEAST of brisket, sausage, ribs, mac and cheese, fried okra, and broccoli salad. Sat outside with our dog and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The food was outstanding, though you can tell it’ll be good by the smells coming from the smoker! Highly recommend stopping in for your bbq fix.

We attended the Centralia madrigal tonight with a child with celiac disease. Both beforehand and throughout the meal tonight, Heidi and her catering staff were AMAZING in making sure our daughter had food that was safe for her. We so appreciated that effort.

Great place to stop in to eat when passing through! Prices were very reasonable, especially for smoked meat. We got very generous portions, the food tasted great, and it was a cool retrofitted environment for the business. Very friendly service. Highly recommend!

Don't let the gas station building dissuade you, this place is delicious! The service was top notch, my waitress was always on top of things. I got the turkey melt, green beans, and peach cobbler. Besides wanting the cheese to be a little more melty and the cobbler being a little cold, the food was to die for. Highly recommend!

A quick Google search pulled this place up & we decided to give it a go. Glad we did! We went after lunch rush, so the place was a bit more quiet, which we enjoyed. Service was phenomenal! Food arrived super quick and was delicious. The sides were as good as if not better than the entree. The only complaint was maybe they were a bit stingy with the portions of the sides. Establishment was clean and had plentiful seating inside and out. Prices range varies, but most entrees are mostly moderate to high. We would go back. Recommended.

Probably the best BBQ I've ever had, and I've had out all over the country! Love that this is a woman owned business! The Porky Fries are to for die for and I could not finish a half order! Portions are generous and service is friendly and quick! If we're ever in the area we will be back! Might be worth the drive from Hannibal!
